"Arizona is probably the school recruiting me the hardest, along with UCLA, Arizona State, and Miami," he said. "Jamardre and the guys recruit me every day and almost every time they see me," Tezino said. "They just want to know where I want to go and they are telling me everything about Arizona."
Tezino is going to use an official visit on Arizona, unless he decides before that. There is a good chance that UCLA will continue to make a push for him and the Bruins won't be easy to beat, but Arizona has its own advantages as well.
Khaylan Thomas: Arizona is doing very well for Thomas and it would not be a surprise to see this come down to Arizona and its in-state rival.
"I talk to a lot of the coaches at Arizona," Thomas said. "They're recruiting me pretty hard and Arizona State is recruiting me pretty hard too," said Thomas. "I went to UCLA's Spring Game and I had a lot of fun. It's interesting watching them and seeing their defense. They get after it."
Thomas has been on record as saying that Arizona is among his top schools, but has since backed off that and decided not to mention any of his top schools. He now wants to take his time with the process and does not intend to make a decision any time soon.
Arthur McGinnis: One of the top priorities at linebacker, McGinnis is taking his time. Since offering, Arizona has made its plan for McGinnis clear and it seems to appeal to him.
"They've definitely been in contact with me," he said. "They love my game. They think I can be a designated pass rusher and rush end off the edge. I could tell they had thought about how to use me."McGinnis is in the process of looking at all of his options and deciding where he wants to visit. Once he does that, he will take his officials during the season and then make a decision. Things change in recruiting, but Arizona is in solid position to get an official visit from the linebacker.
Ben Burr-Kirven: Arizona has had Burr-Kirven on campus and he came away impressed with both the Wildcats and his visit to Arizona State.
"If I feel that I found a school I'm in love with," Burr-Kirven tells Scout.com. "There is nothing that would stop me from committing then. So it could happen before the football season, but if I don't feel comfortable then I will wait. Whenever I'm ready I will commit.
"I'm looking for a school that has high quality of football and that I get along with the coaches. Academics are very important to me because the degree is something you have to have whenever football ends. The school I go to is somewhere I know I would feel comfortable with even if I wasn't a football player."
A Stanford offer would probably make it the schools to beat, but until then this is another recruitment that could be decided between two rivals.
Dedrick Young: Young holds double digit offers from a variety of schools throughout the country and is also being recruited to play running back. In what might be a theme at this position, don't be surprised if it comes down to Arizona and Arizona State, although other schools will obviously have something to say about that.
Young has yet to decide just how important staying in Arizona is and it seems he is set on taking some visits, so that will likely help form his opinion.
