Defensive back looking closely at Arizona

Antoine Albert is getting closer to a decision. Read on to see where Arizona stands and more.

Arizona continues to work to upgrade its secondary and one target that has emerged is Pleasant Hill (Calif.) Diablo Valley Community College Antoine Albert.

"The two schools that I'm looking at pretty closely right now are Arizona and University of Nevada-Las Vegas," Albert said.

"Those two schools have shown the most interest in my game and when I look at both there is definitely the opportunity to play early if I come in and work hard."

Albert will be looking at a variety of aspects during his recruiting visits.

"Man, there is going to be a lot of stuff that I'm going to look at incredibly close," he said. "Since I'm a junior college guy I want to hopefully go somewhere where I can make a quick impact.

"My comfort level with the coaching staff will be a huge factor as well. I have to believe in the vision they have for me and the program."

In addition, Albert will be looking at the overall campus.

"Campus atmosphere will also play a big role," he said. "I want to see how the students interact and if it is a family-type atmosphere and what they think of their football team."

Either way, a decision figures to come down soon.

"I want to decide before the season because I want to be able to focus solely on football," Albert said. "This will be my last season before I get to D-I and there is so much I need to learn and each game I want to feel like I've learned something each time."
