Don’t be fooled by the modest list of schools pursuing Hilton Head Island (S.C.) Hilton Head 2015 wide receiver Aaron Frazier, as he is a player that the UA staff has put a high value mark on.
“The schools coming after me the hardest right now are Toledo, Arizona, Ohio and University of North Carolina-Charlotte,” Frazier said. “Those are the main schools I’m looking at.”
Frazier has heard a similar refrain from each school.
“They all like the fact that I can go up and get the ball and that my hands are strong enough to make catches in traffic," Frazier said.
"I need to work on getting stronger, but these schools think I have the type of body that can continue to get stronger and I also won’t have to give up speed to get there.”
It’s hard workers like Frazier that Rich Rodriguez puts a high priority on.
“They like my game, but they also like the fact that football is important to me," Frazier said. "It’s not just about talent with them. It’s a bunch of things.”
Even though he hasn’t taken his visits, Frazier would like to make a decision soon.
“The goal is to commit before the season, but I don’t have any visits set up, so I have got to get that figured out," he said. "Arizona wants me to get out there if possible when I can.“I want to find a place where the coach understands my skills and has a role planned out for how I can impact the team in a good way.”
