Comanche finds right fit

Chance Comanche committed to Arizona on Sunday morning. Read on to see why he made the choice and more.

When 2015 Beverly Hills (Calif.) center Chance Comanche headed on his Arizona visit, there was a belief that his recruitment could come to an end if everything was impressive.

As it turns out, Comanche's visit met all of his expectations and the big man decided to become a Wildcat.

"When I got to Tucson we went out to a restaurant and had a great time," Comanche said. "I toured the basketball facilities and the campus and absolutely loved it.

"I hung out with some of the players and went to the football game. Then on Sunday morning we went to breakfast and I told Coach Miller I wanted to play here."

As Comanche looked at his school options, he kept returning to the fact that he feels he fits in the best with what Arizona has to offer.

"I feel really comfortable with the coaches and the players," Comanche said. "They welcomed me with open arms. Coach Miller and Coach Pasternack were great throughout my recruitment and I am happy to join a great program."

Ideally, Arizona will continue to add to its 2015 class and Comanche believes in the coaching staff's ability to do so.

"I am confident that Coach Miller and his staff will look at add more talent, you can never have enough of it," he said. "I don’t have a preference, anyone would be great."
