Friday afternoon, Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats picked up a graduate transfer in Mark Tollefsen.
"I just a talked to coach Sean miller from Arizona and I just committed," the forward told Scout.com.
Tollefsen visited Arizona last weekend and was a top target for the Wildcats in the transfer market. The visit was important and helped seal the commitment for Arizona.
"I just fit in there and meeting coach Miller for the first time was great and got to see how great of a person, coach, and person he is around his family," Tollefsen said.
Transferring from San Fransisco, where he was an All-WCC player this season, the forward will be eligible to play immediately. He averaged 14 points a game last season, shooting 53-percent from the floor and 38-percent from beyond the arc, hitting 42 deep balls. Tollefsen also grabbed 5.4 rebounds a night to go along with 1.5 assists. He also averaged just under one steal and block per game.
