Jackson going through the process

Frank Jackson is one of the top guards in the west for 2016. Read on for his thoughts on his recruitment, where Arizona stands, and more.

Frank Jackson, a 2016 combo guard from Highland (Utah) Lone Peak, recently decommitted from BYU and now has numerous schools on his radar.

Arizona is on the 6-foot-3 combo guard's list of schools and the Wildcats have been heavily involved in his recruitment so far.

“Arizona has been involved with me a lot,” Jackson said. “They officially offered me and some of the coaches have been to my games and practices, too.”

Jackson has not been able to schedule any visits dates due to his high school coach preferring his players to hold off on visits until after the season, but he plans to go see Arizona at some point.

“I don’t have any visit dates planned yet,” Jackson said. “My coach likes us to take visits after the season, so I will plan around that.

“I plan to see Arizona for sure. There are other schools that I will visit too, just not sure in which order yet.”

The four-star guard is focused on his game this season and not so much on a decision timetable.

“I have plenty of time to view all my options,” said Jackson. “There isn’t a need to rush, I want to see every school before I start to narrow things down.”
