In fact, most of the best schools in the country have been in contact with the 6-foot-5, five-star prospect.
“Everybody is recruiting me,” Harvey said. “The ACC, SEC, Duke, Kentucky, Arizona. I have offers from Arizona, Texas, Memphis, N.C. State, Miami, and some others.
“I have interest from a lot of schools and everybody is basically talking to me.”
There are a handful of schools that stick out for Harvey and Arizona has done a good job of making an early impression.
“Arizona, Duke, Kentucky, and Kansas are the four recruiting me the hardest,” Harvey said.
“Miller lets everybody play. The fans are great, there are pros that come out of there, and the atmosphere is great.”
Harvey did not want to go as far as naming a favorite, but it appears that Arizona is in very good shape.
“I’m a big fan of Arizona,” Harvey said. “Miller is recruiting me aggressively. They tell me how I fit in and I have put my full interest into Arizona.”
Although Harvey is already plenty skilled, he has a good idea of what he wants to work on.
“I think I have done okay this season, but can do a lot better,” Harvey said. “I need to make more shots that I am capable of making and in the long run help the team more.
“I have improved my handle and my jump shot. My handle is more consistent now. I don’t lose the ball and my turnovers are down a lot, which obviously helps the team.
“My strong suit is my dribble pull up. I need to get rid of unnecessary dribbles and work on my three point shot and becoming more of a vocal leader.”
Harvey will not take any visits until the season is over, but has a good idea of what he is looking for once he does take them.
“I will be looking closely at the offense the school runs and the tempo,” he said. “The coaching staff will also be important as well as the players around me and the overall team chemistry.”
