Signing Day is coming closer and this weekend is one of the last opportunities for Arizona to host official visitors.
The biggest name in attendance will be 6-foot-2, 228-pound New Orleans Warren Easton Charter linebacker Arthur McGinnis. Currently McGinnis is looking at the Wildcats, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, and Texas A&M.
Arizona sent an assistant to visit McGinnis this past week and the Wildcats are hoping that they can possibly lock up the top linebacker in Louisiana.
The only other uncommitted prospect that will be in attendance happens to be a teammate of McGinnis.
Three-star athlete Darrell Clark will be making the flight to Arizona as well. He is being recruited as an athlete with the possibility of playing wide receiver or corner.
Like McGinnis, the coaching staff is looking to possibly get a commitment this weekend, as the only other visit Clark has planned is to Southern Mississippi next week.
It is no surprise that Arizona will be hosting numerous committed players. The staff likes them to come in once the season is over in order to give them its full attention.
The Louisiana connection will be present with Antonio Parks, who remains solid to Arizona. In addition to Parks, Brion Anduze, Anthony Mariscal, Harper Sherman, Cody Creason, and Sam Morrison will all be in town.
This is a big weekend for Arizona and could go a long way to completing the class should the coaching staff be able to get a commitment or two.
