Arizona Football Recruiting Trend Meter

Arizona does not have many targets remaining on its board. Read on to see who the top prospect is, who will not wind up last Arizona, and more.

Gabe Reid, LB, Provo (Utah) Timpview
It is likely between Stanford and Arizona for Reid. If Arizona can get Reid on campus, this one is trending up. If not, it would be a surprise if he winds up anywhere but Stanford. As of now, Arizona is holding steady with him. 1/27 Update: Utah hosted Reid this past weekend and he is not scheduled to visit Arizona. That pretty much sums up Arizona's chances here.

Arthur McGinnis, LB, New Orleans Warren Easton Charter
McGinnis will visit Arizona this weekend and there is a chance for a commitment. Although he wants to take another visit or two, McGinnis admits that Arizona has what he is looking for. Signing are currently pointing to Arizona going into the weekend. 1/27 Update: McGinnis visited Texas Tech this past weekend and now has a visit to Oklahoma. Arizona is still doing just fine here, but McGinnis is not giving much indication where he is leaning.

Darrell Clark, WR, New Orleans Warren Easton Charter
Clark will also visit Arizona this weekend and the Wildcats are gaining steam in the recruitment. Like his teammate McGinnis, Clark is looking at the possibility of taking more visits before Signing Day. However, Arizona has positioned itself nicely going into the final few weeks. 1/27 Update: Clark committed to Arizona on Saturday.

    Kendall Hune, DL, Carmel (Ind.)
Surprise! We mentioned a defensive tackle that Arizona was recruiting and this is it. As of now, there are a few factors that may make it difficult for Arizona to ultimately land him, but he remains a player to keep a very close eye on in the upcoming weeks.

Joseph Wicker, DE, Long Beach Poly
1/27 Update: We don't expect Arizona to land Wicker, but if he does not commit on his official visit to UCLA this weekend, you never know what can happen.
