Anthem (Ariz.) Boulder Creek lineman Nathan Eldridge spent most of his football career on the defensive line, but made the transition to offense this past season.
"It was a great learning experience," Eldridge said. "I am enjoying myself a lot. The more I get to know the position the better.
"I think Coach Michalczik has a great understanding of the game and I can’t wait to get over there and learn from him."
Eldridge earned the offer for the offensive side of the ball after an impressive performance at Arizona's camp.
"I went over there for a camp and kind of did my thing," he said. "I felt it dominated and they liked how I played, so they offered."
The decision wasn't necessarily a hard one for Eldridge and you can credit that to the relationships he formed.
"As soon as I took my visit I got to build a relationship with the coaches over there," he said. "As soon as you take your visit there, you feel that family like atmosphere and it is awesome.
"The relationship the players have with their coaches really impressed me. They bond really well and have a lot of respect. You can just tell it is a great atmosphere."
