The power forward finished his junior year averaging 12.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. He also scored 11.5 points per game and pulled down 5.8 rebounds a night in 22 games during his sophomore season that was shortened by a foot injury.
A native of San Francisco, Ashley spent his senior year of high school at Findlay Prep in Nevada, where he averaged 15.3 points per game and grabbed 6.8 rebounds, helping the Pilots to a 32-1 record. He was a five-star prospect and Scout.com's 10th best player in the 2012 class.
Draft Express currently lists Ashley as the 98th best prospect in the 2015 draft.
