The season may be a few months away, but that certainly is not going to quiet any speculation as to who will be starting and what kind of minutes each player will be seeing.
At this point, there probably are not going to be many surprises. Arizona has not practiced like it will eventually and most of the stuff that the coaches are able to see are workouts and things like that, but there are still impressions to be had.
In terms of what may come as a surprise, Mark Tollefsen has made a major impression upon arriving on campus. In fact, if we had to guess, we would say the San Francisco transfer would start at the three if the season began today.
Tollefsen has come in and done exactly what is asked of him and the key is the belief that he can guard opposing threes. There's little doubt that Tollefsen is athletic, but if it translates well to the court, Arizona is going to have a difficult time keeping him out of the starting lineup.
