There are plenty of position battles going on before the opening game, but Davonte' Neal is about as comfortable as one could get at corner.
After playing receiver, Neal and the coaches decide it would be best for him to play corner and it appears that all parites involved made the right decision.
"I am ten times more comfortable just because I am doing what I was doing in the spring, but now I am used to it," Neal said.
"I know all of the concepts and the coverages. I know where I am supposed to be as well as wher everywhere else is supposed to be and that helps out a lot."
Neal is pretty much locked into one of the corner spots and has improved since the start of game, which is a positive indication of things to come.
