Wildcats continue to get hit hard by injuries

Once again, Arizona football is suffering from injuries going into the Stanford game.

If you didn't think Arizona's injury situation could get any worse, you were wrong.

At Monday's press conference, Rich Rodriguez announced that Anu Solomon suffered a concussion against UCLA and his status on Saturday is in serious jeopardy.

Sources say it would be a major surprise if Solomon plays and that both Jerrard Randall and Brandon Dawkins will see snaps against Stanford.

In addition, Scooby Wright suffered a badly sprained foot that will keep him out several weeks. It was thought at one point that the foot was broken, but tests revealed a bad sprain instead.

To make matters worse, Derrick Turituri is battling an injury and is questionable for this weekend as well.

Arizona does not have any bye weeks to allow players to recover and all of a sudden, injuries are an issue that could impact the Wildcats all season.
