Three-star corner planning to visit Arizona

Mike Daniels knows of three schools he wants to visit, including Arizona. Read on for the latest

Arizona recently entered the recruitment of New York Globe Institute cornerback Mike Daniels and he is now getting closer to making a decision.

“I’m going to visit New Mexico next week and then West Virginia and then Arizona,” Daniels said. “The main things I’m looking for are what the coaching staffs are like.

“I’m going to be there for a few years and the most important things for me are that the coach is trustworthy.”

Arizona is the newest school involved and Jahmile Addae has taken the lead on the 6-foot-0, 195-pound corner’s recruitment.

“I’m excited about the Arizona visit,” Daniels said. “Honestly, I don’t know a lot about them, but I like the possibilities.”

Daniels is happy with his final list of schools because he feels he will be able to contribute right away.

“I think I will fit into all these systems because the coaches all really want me to play there and they wouldn’t be doing that if they didn’t think I could help,” he said.

With three visits remaining, Daniels knows when he will make a final decision.

“I’m going to announce on Signing Day on February 5th,” he said. “I can’t wait for that day.

“I’ve worked my entire life to get to this point and I’m less than a month away. I know whatever decision I will make will be the right one.”
