Ali-Walsh wants to visit Arizona

Biaggio Ali-Walsh is one of the top running backs in the west. Read on for an update on his recruitment, including where Arizona stands.

Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman 2017 all-purpose back Biaggio Ali-Walsh plans on holding off on a collegiate decision for a couple reasons.

“There is a lot that I’m looking at in an ideal school,” Ali-Walsh said.  “A lot of people just look at the team and the academics and those are certainly big parts, but it’s more to it than just that.

"I want to get a feel for the student body, what is everyone like, what is campus life like, the weather, will friends be able to come watch. There is a lot of stuff on the checklist.

“I don’t want to give off the impression that I’m going to need everything to be perfect, but I do want to find the closest possible place.”

Biaggio-Ali has an idea of a few trips on the horizon.

“I’ve got the California trip coming up on August 13th and 14th," he said. "That’s the only visit I have written down, but a lot of other schools will get visits. Arizona is also a place that I will get out to."

Donte Williams has done a solid job of recruiting Ali-Walsh up until this point.

"I talk with their defensive backs coach all the time," Ali-Walsh said. "He wants me to come and see the school and show how they can make me a better player.”

As stated, this recruitment isn’t ending any time soon.

“I’m going to choose my school probably after the season," Ali-Walsh said. "I have to set up visits and I’m still not sure of all the places that I’m going to trip to here soon."
