Arizona continues to add high level pieces to its 2017 recruiting class as four-star shooting guard Brandon Randolph is now a Wildcat.
The 6-foot-6, 175-pound Westtown (Pa.) guard took an official visit to Arizona this weekend after having previously took visits to Syracuse and Oregon.
What type of player is Arizona getting?
“When you think of Brandon Randolph you immediately think of shooting,” Evan Daniels writes. “He shot the ball very well during the Nike EYBL, during the spring and summer, playing with PSA Cardinals.
At 6-foot-6, he’s long, athletic and can make shots. You combine those things, and you’ve got a pretty good prospect. He’s a guy ranked among our top 50 players in the country.”
Sean Miller recently visited Randolph and secured the visit as the coaching staff continued to pick up the recruitment.
He never truly indicated where schools were and kept his recruitment relatively quiet, but it was thought that with Arizona making his final four, the Wildcats had a chance.
