La Mesa (Calif.) Helix five-star forward Miles Norris is one of the most intriguing front court players in the 2018 class and has become a priority for Arizona.
Norris is now starting to narrow down his recruitment and the Wildcats are among his favorites.
"Arizona and Oregon and my two main schools that I am deciding between right now," Norris said. "The whole atmosphere around Arizona is the biggest thing that stands out to me.
"All of their home games are always sold out and the crowd is great. The Red and Blue game was amazing when I visited. I had a great time and enjoyed being a part of the environment.
"Not too many schools have a scrimmage event laid out that way. It was special."
The relationship between Norris and the Arizona coaching staff has it positioned in a strong spot.
"I love Coach Miller," he said. "He's a coach who gets the most out of his players. I want to be the best player I can be and he gets that out of the players."
As of right now, Oregon also remains as the other strong landing spot for Norris.
"I've visited Oregon unofficially and that was my most recent visit," he said. "I loved their facilities and the style of play Dana Altman runs."
The five-star forward will progress through the AAU season prior to making his decision.
"My main focus right now is winning the Under Armour Circuit," Norris said. "We had our first tournament this weekend and I feel good about our team.
"I'm going to take official visits in the future but I'm not exactly sure where. I will probably decide at the end of this year."
