Nwankwo also said as good as his visit to Georgia Tech might have been, it helped him clear some things up.
"Arizona is just special," Nwankwo said. "I love Arizona. (On my UA campus visit), everybody there was so open and caring and I had so much fun with the guys. That's where I want to be, but I have to be sure my folks are okay with it."
"I think it would be great to have a mentor," Nwankwo said. "And (Frye and Fox) would both be seniors and I could learn so much from them."
Nwankwo's parents have said all along that they would like their son to choose Stanford and get a "prestigious" education. Davis has been working to convince the parents that Arizona would be just as good a choice.
"I think I could get a great education at Arizona," Nwankwo said. "The education will be there wherever I go."
Nwankwo says he wants to announce his decision this week.
