From: Los Angeles, California
High School: Alain Leroy Locke
Before committing to the UA, Klyce had received heavy interest from Oregon and Washington although the Cats were his only offer. He didn't need any other offers. In his heart, he always knew where he wanted to play.
"Arizona has always been the only school I have wanted to go to. Washington, Oregon and some other schools were recruiting me hard at first, but then Arizona popped up and it was great. They offered me around the second game of my season and I decided not to wait any longer."
Michael will take his trip to Tucson on December 12th. He loves to be physical out on the field.
"I just love hitting and being aggressive. That is what I'm about."
Klyce is also about being a track star. He has personal bests of 22.5 in the 200 and 49.0 in the 400. He says he does not run the 100, but he has been timed at a 10.9 before.
Locke is 2-7 on the year and finishes its season tomorrow versus Dorsey. Dorsey also contains another UA hopeful, and safety prospect, Jerome Boyd. Boyd will be in Tucson on the weekend of December 5th.
Klyce says he hasn't checked on his core GPA lately and hasn't taken his tests yet. He would like to major in Business.
