Robert Jordan was a surprise visitor to Tucson this past weekend. Before injuring his leg this year he was one of the most explosive players along the left coast with 29 receptions for 601 yards and three touchdowns through six games. "I would put them in my top four after the visit," said Jordan. "They are up there with Kansas State, Oregon, and Cal. Cal is on top right now."

Jordan visited Cal the weekend of December 5th and makes his way to Kansas State this weekend. He also has a trip scheduled to Oregon on January 9th. Oregon and KSU are his only in-homes thus far.

Jordan's suffered a broken leg that put him out for the year, but he says it is coming along well and he gets his walking boot off on December 23rd.

Jordan is being offered early time at both corner and receiver by Coach Stoops and staff. He says he would play either and has no preference. He had a good time in Tucson.

"It was cool chillin' with the players - I enjoyed myself. Coach Stoops seems real cool. The basketball game was rowdy. I didn't get much rest while I was there."

It was also Coach Stoops' birthday when Jordan was in town, so they all went out to eat at Pinnacle Peak.

Jordan carries a 3.1 GPA and would like to major in Sports Medicine.
