Height: 5-11
Weight: 172
40 time: 4.42
Bench: 295
From: Los Angeles, California
High School: Venice

His stats earned him first team all-league and all-city honors.

Why is he so intrigued by UA?

"I have really liked them from the beginning. I like that they have similar weather to Los Angeles. I also hear they have a nice campus and environment."

Gerold has official offers from Wyoming, Cincinatti, Louisville, Tulane, Duke, San Diego State, and Hawaii. He tripped to Utah on December 12th and will also visit Hawaii the weekend of the 23rd of this month.

He says he was leaning towards the Utes, but that has changed as of late.

"Since Arizona has came on I am leaning more towards them now over Utah. I also like Hawaii but Arizona and Utah are ahead of them."

At first, Rodriguez was expected to visit with a few of his teammates in Erick Lobos, James Lewis, and Mesphin Forrester. But, he is not sure that is the case anymore.

"I am not sure on Mesphin and James. Coach Dunn was going to do an in-home with Erick right after he left my house. I am not sure what Erick plans on doing, either."

Gerold says his in-home visit with Coach Dunn was very good.

Gerold carries a 3.0 core GPA and scored an 890 on his SAT. Cat Tracks will catch up with him after his visit to get his impressions.
