Richard Hendrix is a little nicked up right now, stemming from a June ankle injury. The weight of a college decision is also on his mind. At this point, he says he's torn between North Carolina and Alabama and there's no reason not to believe him.

"I really don't know yet," Hendrix said. "Hopefully one day it will just hit me over the head."

Over in the ‘Nati, Sean Miller can rest assured that his commitment from B.J. Raymond is safe. "I'm very happy he's got the job," Raymond said. "I'm not mad at Thad Matta at all. I'm sticking with my commitment to Xavier." Raymond was Miller's recruit so it makes sense he sticks with the pledge. …

Power forward Jon Brockman's iron clad six schools are: Washington, Gonzaga, Arizona, UCLA, Duke and North Carolina. Duke hasn't offered and neither has UNC. "I just gotta find the right place," Brockman said.

Memphis junior power forward Wayne Chism says Mississippi State is on him the hardest. But, Kentucky is his dream school. "I could see myself there," Chism said. "I like the way he coaches."

Kevin Durant is a little upset with his camp play, though we think he's doing fine. "It's not going the way I want it to. I'm not getting as many shots as I would with my AAU or high school team." The junior says Maryland has offered and he's interested in UNC, Duke, NC State, Texas and the Terps. …

Florida State is going to have to re-recruit Magnum Rolle. "I de-committed," Rolle said. "I still like the program but I never got the chance to be fully recruited."

A quick list from Kevin Rogers read: Kansas, Texas, Georgia Tech, UNC, UConn, Arizona, Illinois, Oklahoma and Baylor. …

Speaking of Rogers, C.J. Miles said the "package deal" with him and Miles is now about 75% likely to happen. Miles, who had a little chat with Rogers in recent weeks, said the chances were once less but they've improved. His list reads Kansas, Texas, Georgia Tech, Arizona and UNC. Duke and Illinois are talking with him too. …

Jamelle Cornley, an undersized and hard working power forward, understands that a mid-major might be the right fit for him. Regardless, he'd like to see if DePaul, Pittsburgh, Marquette or Cincy offer. Bowling Green, Cleveland State, Dayton and a host of others are checking him out too. … "I want to get out here and show some other schools what I can do."

Colby Santos just might shoot his way into some offers. The New Englander has Arkansas, Miami, American and Louisville keeping tabs on him. …

Marcus Landry said that Wisconsin is his leader with Marquette in the No. 2 slot. Iowa, UConn, Purdue and Illinois are also on his mind. However, the Badgers lead. "I like the position and the way they play is my style."

Junior forward Keith Clark says Oklahoma and Charlotte are recruiting him the hardest. Charlotte? That's right, DeAngelo Alexander and he are related. Remarkably, neither had offered just yet. …

Keaton Grant is waiting to see what Georgia Tech does with him. He's got offers from Miami, Tennessee, Baylor, Penn State and Liberty. DePaul and Boston College are also checking on him. If the Jackets make a move, they might be tough. "I think I fit in well over there and by the time I get there they will have room to play."

Jarod Leonard, a hard playing wing in the Class of 2006, has an offer from St. Louis. Missouri, Kansas, Mississippi and Georgia are checking on him. He's been to SLU and Ole Miss. …

Junior Alex Tyus recently returned from UCLA camp and said the Bruins are on him the hardest of any school but have not offered. Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, Missouri and Kansas are in the mix. …

Stud junior Brandan Wright is now listing Duke, Kentucky, UNC, Indiana and Louisville. Throw in the Clippers, Warriors and Magic and you might have a complete list (just kidding). …

Casaan Breeden, one of the more charismatic guys on tour, says he's got a huge list. However, he says Miami and St. John's are on him the hardest. He's never seen either campus. …
