"It would be very cool to play with William Tuitama," said Johnson. "Him and I are good friends. I think that if I choose Arizona I would have a good chance of starting as a freshman."

Johnson's current core GPA is at a 2.2 but after his summer school courses are done with he expects it to rise to a 2.4. He did score an 830 on his SAT.

Michael does not have any current offers but he believes Nebraska may be close to offering and the Cornhuskers are recruiting him the hardest. He likes Colorado, NU, Arizona, USC, and Washington. The Buffs, Huskers, and Wildcats are his top three.

Johnson has attended the MSL Combine, the Cal camp, and the Palo Alto Nike Combine this summer. He has no other plans at this time.
