"My parents would like me to stay close to home, but if they move to Phoenix like they are talking about then Arizona would also be close to home," says Brown. "Really, I think they just want me to seriously consider whoever offers."

So far that is no one, but it probably will be in time. "A lot of schools want me to come to their games and are offering me tickets. Many of them tell me that they like me but want to see more game tape. San Diego State, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado have requested more tape from my coaches."

"Arizona has a couple of nice linebackers out there and it seems like a nice place to be. They also have a new staff in place."

The Cats are in contention with USC, UCLA, and Oregon as Jason's favorites. 'SC is his leader and childhood favorite.

Other than the MSL Combine, Brown was unable to attend any camps this summer because of a sprained ankle. "I was invited to many camps but unfortunately I could not make any of them."

Jason had 85 tackles, two fumble recoveries, three interceptions, and two touchdowns as a junior. One of his TD's was on a two yard rush and another was on a 60 yard blocked field goal return.

He carries a 2.6 core GPA and scored an 1190 on his SAT. He in unsure on a major at this time.

Poly kicks-off their season against Corona Centennial September 10th and has a scrimmage versus Compton Dominguez September 3rd.
