"I really liked it a lot at Arizona," said Sheppard. "The facilities were great. I was very impressed by the workout gym. I am friends with Anthony Johnson so I got to talk with him and hang out with him for a little bit. I spoke with the coaches a little and I really liked them."

Arizona sits with Utah, Wisconsin, Washington, USC, Florida Atlantic, and Cal in Sheppard's top seven. "My top two are Wisconsin and Cal. It would be pretty tough to turn down Cal if they offered me. Going there would be ideal for me. Wisconsin is still my only offer. I also have verbal offers from Utah and Florida Atlantic."

The RB/CB prospect has not scheduled any official visits yet. "I think we will go deep into the playoffs so I will probably take most of my visits in January."

He will also be attending the USC-Cal game on October 9th.

Sheppard has nine carries for 150 yards on the season. "I have missed a game and a half because I dislocated my big toe. I will for sure play this week, though."

San Pasquel is 3-0 on the season. They take on San Marcos Mission Hills, Friday.
