"I have scheduled a visit to Arizona on January 28th and to Oregon on January 21st," said Gettis. "My top four are probably Cal, Arizona State, Arizona, and Baylor. Cal and ASU are in the lead. I am also still looking at USC for track."

He ran the fastest time at the USC camp over the summer with a 4.4 flat 40 time.

His father is favoring the Cal Bears. The Baylor Bears are the only school to come by for an in-home visit thus far. No other schools have scheduled in-homes.

Gettis still claims offers from ASU, UA, Washington, and San Diego State.

Coach Tui is in contact frequently. "We talk every couple weeks. Arizona is an up-and-coming program that won a couple big games this year. They came up huge against Arizona State and they were a ranked team."

Gettis finished the year with 31 catches for 600 yards receiving and nine touchdowns.

He still has some work to do in the classroom as he currently carries a 2.2 core GPA. Gettis scored an 870 on his SAT.
