"I thought I had a clear cut decision but as I thought about over the week I was wavering too much," said Udofia. "[I was] going back and forth between the schools. I decided to put it off rather than make a mistake on national [television]."
Cattracks asked Udofia if he still had any interest in Arizona.
"I'm not sure right now," he said. "I have to take a long look at everything and talk to my family first, that is the most important thing, and make sure that we make a decision that is the best for me and all of us."
All during his recruitment Udofia has maintained that education was important to him, as well as playing big time college football and he reiterated that line yet again.
"I want to play big time college football and get a good education," he said. "Whatever school I can find that [has] the best combination; that is where I am going to be."
Ekom went on to comment further on Arizona's involvement in his recruitment.
"I'm still looking at them a little," he said. "They are recruiting me so hard that I have to give them a shot."
So is Arizona recruiting you the hardest in this last month?
"Definitely," said Udofia.
Udofia said that he has no time table set to make his decision and will take his time and talk things out with his family.
