Olson on Oregon: "Oregon is the really quick. They get down court quicker than anybody in America. With Brooks, he is lighting quick up and down the court and their wings get out and run very well. I think their goal is to get a shot up within five seconds. They really like to go.

"UCLA had some good freshman in, but the three of them at Oregon can match-up with them.

"It is a typical type of Oregon game and crowd. I'm sure they are already excited about us coming in. It starts with us getting off the bus. Students line up to say all kind so pleasantries to all us. It is a great atmosphere. I think it is maybe the toughest place in the country because of the nearness of the crowed and the enthusiasm they bring.

"Salim, I think, will play well both places. He played good in one place and one he would like to forget about the second one. The key for him and Chris (Rodgers) is they don't go into it putting too much pressure on themselves. They have to let the game come to you."

On the importance of a road sweep:

"Washington is playing really well, but they still have some tough places to go to. iI think it is way too early to put any kind of sense of urgency. The main thing for us is the urgency to get better and start eliminating things that have created problems for us."

On Oregon's Aaron Brooks:

"He missed the first half (of last season). When he came here he played well against us. He is very quick. We were telling the players he is far and away the quickest guy in the league and it is not even close. People talk about (Jordan) Farmar being quick, Farmar is a good player, but as far as quickness it is not close to Brooks."

On Salim Stoudamire returning to his home state of Oregon:

"He is going to have two good ones. He tries to do too much. He needs to have fun and let the game come to him. When you are playing near at home and you come out and you get too anxious and you miss the first few shots, with each miss the pressure gets greater. I think he will be fine. They will test how stable he has become in a hurry.

"He is playing really well. The other thing is he is so good offensively people don't'; realize he has been our defensive player of the year every years since he has been here. He is an excellent passer. He is such a great shooter the other things get lost in the background."
