Las Vegas Tailback Likes the Cats

As a junior, <b>Eric Jordan</b> had 373 carries for 2,778 yards and 37 touchdowns. He was named the offensive player of the year in his conference and for the state. He was a first team all-state selection. Jordan was the scoring and rushing leader for Southern Nevada. He has many early favorites and the Cats are one of them.

"The schools I like right now are USC, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Arizona, Arizona State, Cal, Florida, and Wisconsin," said Jordan. "USC is at the top."

He likes the same things about UA and ASU. "They both seem like good places to be and I am interested in finding out more about them."

His father chimed in on what he is looking for in a school. "I want a school that runs the ball and the school that wants my son the most," said Mr. Jordan.

Jordan has many of the tools colleges look for in a tailback. "I have great vision so I can see things down the field before they happen. Speed kills and I have a lot of it. I have been the starting running back here since my freshman year so I have a lot of experience."

He carries a 3.2 core GPA and recently took the Pre-Sat. He will take the SAT on March 12th and would like to major in Business.
