Kingwood: In The Gym

The Kingwood Classic had just a ton of the best players in the West showing off their skills and there were plenty of college coaches paying attention. Players like Spencer Hawes, Kevin Love and Kyle Singler drew quite a crowd in Houston...

Figuring out which players are being watched by which coaches at events such as the Kingwood Classic is not always as easy as you might think. After all, there are typically numerous prospects on each team and a coach might be at a game to watch a player other than the one you'd assume he'd be watching.

We kept some notes on various players and coaches in the gym during games we watched. This doesn't mean that the school in question went to every game the prospect played in – just that they were there for at least one appearance. Of course, we no doubt missed on some coaches and these lists should not be viewed as comprehensive.
