Denver Safety Josh Dorsey

Mullen High School in Denver is the biggest powerhouse in the state of Colorado. A few division one prospects come out of Mullen every year and this year is right on target. Strong Safety Josh Dorsey had a very productive season as a junior. He had 130 tackles, three interceptions, and two forced fumbles. He attended the one-day camp on Sunday and has a lot of interest in the Wildcats.

Josh Dorsey recorded a 4.68 40 time on Sunday. He plays at strong safety for Mullen High and says that is the position he is being recruited for. "I have a great overall knowledge of the game because I have played it forever," he claims. "I work hard and have great discipline. I have the dedication to get better."

Dorsey recently received his first scholarship offer from Northern Colorado. "My favorite schools are Colorado State and Iowa State. I also like Arizona, Michigan State and Syracuse."

He had a great experience in Tucson. "I really liked the school. It was a great place, overall. I have family in Goodyear, Arizona which helps make me want to go out there for college. Arizona also has a good Business school which is what I would like to major in. The coaches told me that they will be watching me and that they might come out to a couple of my games this fall."

Dorsey is currently at the Iowa State camp, and he is going to the San Diego State camp on Saturday. Dorsey will also be heading to Colorado State for a camp this month.

He carries a 3.0 core GPA and scored a 1330 on the new version of the SAT.
