Montgomery said that a date has not yet been set. He also added that UConn is out of the mix after getting Stanley Robinson, but Thomas will likely take official visits to Georgia Tech and Wake Forest - along with Duke.
Thomas has already taken an official visit to Arizona.
``He's happy with all his choices," Montgomery said. "He's just doing a thorough due diligence. I doubt he'll sign early, but it's on his shoulders and if he feels up to doing it early, that's what he'll do."
Just a week ago it was iffy if Thomas would be visiting Duke. Before the Florida cancellation his high school coach Dan Hurley said, "he has some decisions to make relative to if and when he'll visit Duke and Rutgers," Hurley said.
Of course Duke may very well be turning up the pressure after power forward Brandon Wright surprised many and verballed to North Carolina. Like with the Wildcats, Thomas is the only top-tier frontline player the Blue Devils are pursuing.
The interesting thing is that his list seems to always be shifting. Georgia Tech has re-emerged in the scene and now Wake Forest is also being mentioned by his AAU coach Gary Charles the director of the NY Panthers.
Right now Arizona is the only official he has been on, but Thomas has seen Rutgers, Villanova and Duke. Although he has seen a lot of the schools on his list, Thomas is claiming no leaders.
"I don't have a favorite right now and I don't know when I might make a decision," Thomas told Mike Sullivan.
Lance said he was still thinking about his next visit. "Right now I am not sure but I would like to set up another one.
