Defensive Tackle Watch

After Saturday night's loss one of the biggest questions on radio call-in shows and internet message boards was about the future of the defensive line. The Cats were manhandled against Washington and have been up and down all season. We take a look at who the Cats are trying to land at the ever important defensive tackle spot.

The Cats do not lose anyone, barring a transfer. Byron Smith's future is in doubt, but the Cats seem prepared to move on without him. On the other hand, there are really no players in reserve. Lawrence Ball is redshirting and DE Garrett Fields has been doing some cross training at the inside spots.

As of now the Cats do not have any defensive tackle commits but are have offered and are in the hunt for the following players.
