"Coach Greg Burns came by my house last Sunday and said that they will be needing running backs and that I should be able to get some playing time," Gable said. "I like that they are close to home because I want my family to see me play. I love their offense and they are just a great program overall."
Gable visits USC officially on December 16, but he'll also be attending the UCLA this weekend (December 3). "UCLA had a great year, but I think that USC will win. I don't think anyone can stop their offense."
Before his Trojan trip, Gable will be heading north to Cal on December 9. "They have a young team and are still winning," Gable said. "They also need running backs and I like my chances of playing early there."
He also has an official visit scheduled for January 20 to Arizona. "They are a young, up-and-coming team with really good coaches," Gable said. "Their offense is pretty good, I just think they need a little more help to get to that next level."
The other school that has already visited Gable at home is Mississippi. "Coach Ryan Nielsen was at my house on Monday," Gable said. "He spent most of the time talking to my mom. I already had a lot of time to talk to him when I was there on my official visit on November 12."
