Cats to lose one to the NFL

With an impressive second half of the 2006 season and knowing that a new offense is making its way to Tucson, Arizona junior running back Chris Henry has made a decision about whether to stay or go.

Henry, who just completed his red shirt junior season as a Wildcat, has decided to forgo his senior season and will officially file his paperwork to enter the NFL Draft.

The junior running back is one of three Arizona players to file papers with the NFL inquiring about their possible draft projection. He is joined by defensive end Louis Holmes and cornerback Antoine Cason.

While those projections are likely due into the Arizona Football Offices this coming week, Henry has decided already and is looking to receive an invitation to the NFL Combine.

With his raw athleticism and physical abilities, if invited, Henry should wow NFL scouts and his potential alone could carry him into a higher than expected draft position. will have more from Henry later in the week.
