There are many things to watch for on Saturday and here are the aspects of the game we feel you need to be paying attention to the most.

  • There is a good chance Willie Tuitama is going to break some records. While it would be nice if Arizona comes out and tries to establish the run, it would also seem pointless.

The Wildcats could go to the air often and early with the possibility of the game seemingly being over by halftime. If Tuitama is able to perform well, he should have his best game as a Wildcat.

  • Matt Scott is going to see some action and this could be a good game for his confidence. He has not played well as of late, but the start of the season also signifies a clean slate for each player.

Scott has tremendous speed and it is difficult seeing the Vandals keeping up with it. We expect Scott to get plenty of reps and succeed with what he gets.

  • Can Arizona finally return a kick for a touchdown? This may be the best bet all season and it will be interesting to see if Mike Stoops allows Keola Antolin to return kicks. Out of all the players on the squad, Antolin may have the most talent on special teams and he has definitely earned the playing time.

  • There are plenty of players on defense that could have monster games, but the emergence of Brooks Reed has been exciting. Reed is nearly guaranteed to have a sack but considering he is the type to get amped up, we would not be surprised to see him get two or three.

  • Lastly, we expect a dominating performance. Make no mistake about it, the UA should win this game in every aspect and thus, everybody should expect it.
