Is this program cursed?

I'm not one to be believe in things like curses, superstitions or jinxes, but something is wrong here. The consistent failure in Arizona football to have anything fall for it has to be something beyond the control of normal humans. It has to be something much bigger.

Over the past five years, Arizona's football teams have come up with the most remarkable losses. It's amazing the ways they've found to lose games. Ways many of us have never even thought of.

Mike Stoops isn't so creative that he could have come up with some of this stuff. The Fumble against Washington State in 2004 and The Missed Field Goal In The Rain the game before.

The Anthony Johnson Dropped Ball on 3-and-5 against Utah in 2005. The Injuries Of Every Good Player On The Team against ASU that same year. The Choke Job against ASU in 2006?

The Penalty On Stoops against New Mexico in 2007. The Punt Return against USC in 2007. The Impossible Loss to Stanford in 2007. The Antoine Cason Two Dropped Interceptions against ASU in 2007.

The Choke Job Part II against New Mexico in 2008. The Defensive Nose Dive against Stanford in 2008. The 4th and 1 Failure against USC in 2008. The Keola Antolin Dropped Pass against Oregon in 2008. The Devin Ross Disaster against Oregon State in 2008.

Everyone has been the goat at one point or the other. It's amazing how many different players have been blamed for Stoops' inability to consistently win football games.

Maybe Stoops will turn this around, maybe he won't be given the opportunity to. All I know is that guy is either extremely unlucky, cursed or just the most creative coach I've ever seen when it comes to losing.

Either way, he's got to change something ASAP.
