Arizona faces Washington Thursday night at home and here is how we see it breaking down.

PG: Justin Dentmon has been playing much better this season than he has in the past. He still turns the ball over a bit much, but his scoring is at 14 points per game. Nic Wise should be able to guard him, but neither has a huge advantage in this one.

SG: Isaiah Thomas has gotten a ton of pub this week and we suppose he deserves it. However, he is really only a scorer and Kyle Fogg does have the tool set to contain him. If Arizona closes in behind the arc, it could be rough for Thomas to truly hurt the UA.

SF: Chase Budinger played great after having his shoulder stepped on and he will look to build off of it. Quincy Pondexter still has not reached his potential, but he tends to play well against Budinger.

PF: Jamelle Horne and Darnell Gant are basically the same player, with each having inconsistencies. This one should even out, though watch for Matthew Bryan-Amaning coming off the bench.

C: Jon Brockman is fantastic, but Jordan Hill is one of the top five big men in the country. If Hill plays like he did against Houston, Arizona is likely going to win this game.

Prediction: Arizona 83, Washington 79
