Arizona is sure to add a couple more players and here are the guys the staff will likely be looking at.
Jarrid Famous: Famous is the big man that the UA desperately wants and needs. He would be able to come in and start right away not only because of lack of depth, but because he is that good. There are some rumblings that he will be visiting this weekend and his recruitment may not last very long after, as Arizona seems to be in good shape.
Lamont Jones: MoMo as they call him, Jones has been a verbal to Louisville and Virginia Tech but has yet to find the right fit. Arizona may just be that fit, especially since he wants to play early. USC could be the main school in contention here, but we should have a better picture of everything later in the week. Jones likely would not start, although if Nic Wise leaves it is a possibility. However, he would definitely be a big contributor.
Victor Rudd: Rudd needs to convince teams he can join them and not be a problem. The first step to doing this is getting his grades up and at this point, it may be too little too late. However, Arizona is going to continue to monitor the situation and should it recruit him with a serious offer, you have to think the Wildcats would be the team to beat with Arizona State.
Xavier Thames: There has been a lot of talk about Thames lately but it is all a moot point. He has not yet been released from his LOI and that may never happen. Until it does, it seems kind of pointless to speculate on what will happen.
Plenty of options left
