Arizona is set to face Stanford on Saturday and the Wildcats are not the only ones preparing.
Although Arizona lost in a heartbreaker this past week, there were definitely some positives. None may have been bigger than the play of Nick Foles, something that Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh is aware of.
"He is playing really well, he has a good understanding of what they are doing," Harbaugh said. "I think they are adding to his package every week. The impressive thing is how many different receiver that are getting the ball to. They are really spreading out, they do good job."
In addition to Foles, when healthy, the UA has been able to put together a formidable ground attack.
"Their main back has been kind of banged up but the next two guys have done really well," Harbaugh said. "Kind of a scat back and kind of a big back. Both have been very effective. They have quite a few weapons. They have a big offensive line, that is playing well."
Defensively, Harbaugh paid Arizona a large compliment.
"This is the best secondary we have played," he said. "(Trevin) Wade is playing excellent, he is all over the place making plays."
Stanford played poorly in last week's loss against Oregon State, but focus has now turned to Arizona.
"From a coaching standpoint, its a good opportunity to stress with our team that it is 60 minutes, the whole game, every game," Harbaugh said of the loss. "Getting off the bus ready to play, from the first play of the game to the last.
"That one is behind us, we have gone over that film and tried to learn as much as we can. But now it is on to preparations for Arizona."
