With Signing Day getting closer, here are some offensive recruits to keep an eye on.
QB: 6-foot-4, 185-pound New Orleans Edna Karr quarterback Munchie Legaux could emerge as an option.
Arizona will become more serious about it if Matt Scott transfers and, if he does not, Arizona and Legaux would likely part ways.
RB:5-foot-9, 175-pound Fountain Valley (Calif.) all-purpose back Kyle Middlebrooks is really the only option here and he seems a bit unlikely.
Middlebrooks is going to decide sooner than later and although the UA is a finalist along with Arizona State and Utah, it could have difficulty taking Middlebrooks with so many other players on the board.
WR: It is a race between Austin Hill, Bud Sasser, and Victor Dean. The first to commit is likely the last as well, as Arizona is only taking one more receiver.
At this point, our guess is that Hill is the man, although Sasser could make it interesting. Dean seems to be just fine with taking his time, so expect it to be one of the first two.
OL: Wade Yandall and Wade Jacobson are easily the two biggest targets remaining. Jacobson could sign on Wednesday and this situation would be much more clear.
Yandall could go to ASU or UCLA, but the Wildcats seems to be in the thick of things. Either way, the UA is definitely going to sign a few more offensive linemen.
