Arizona has over 100 offers out and with many of them already having committed to another school, the target list is pretty specific. Here is a breakdown of the Arizona targets we know about:
QB: Right now Arizona is hoping to land Cody Kessler or Brett Hundley. Chances are much better for Hundley, but both are somewhat of a longshot. USC is a major player for Kessler and Hundley is getting a new offer every day, which always makes landing a player difficult.
RB: Ka'Deem Carey is easily the top target here and will likely remain so until he makes a decision. Arizona already has plenty of depth ion the back field, so landing only one back is the priority. Right now, the UA leads for Carey, but it could be a while before he decides.
This is when Jared Baker comes into play, as he is one of the few backs the UA has offered that has not committed to another school. Oregon State is a major contender for Baker, who is keeping his recruitment quiet. It will be interesting to see how the UA handles this situation because it is in great shape for both players.
WR: This is another position in which Arizona does not necessarily need to land more than one player. Brandin Cooks could be the most likely player, but it seems Washington leads and a UCLA offer would likely shut things down. Arizona's other offers at this position have already chosen schools, so you can expect a few more targets to eventually emerge
TE: The likeliest target here is Jack Konopka, who is said to like Arizona. The UA definitely has some work to do, but the connection with Illinois is strong and it is difficult to imagine Arizona not sticking around in this one.
OL: There are a ton of targerts here and, in reality, probably too many to name. Arizona would love nothing more than to land Andre Yruretagoyena and it definitely has a good shot at him. Yruretagoyena is on record as staying he wants to leave state but the word is that he has changed his mind, which bodes well mostly for Arizona.
Players like Jake Brendel, Chris Bryant, Jacob Arzouman, Spencer Drango, Jordan Rigsbee, and Dontae Levingston are all legitimate targets for Arizona and players that the UA is in the top tier for. None of them are remotely close to making a decision, so it will be interesting to see how long the UA can stick around for.
