The Pac-10 has plenty of good kickers and here is how we see the rankings.

1. Kai Forbath: Forbath has only missed nine attempts in his entire career.

A legit argument can be made that he is the best kicker in the country and it is a bit difficult to argue that all things considered.

2. Thomas Weber: Weber did not have a great season last year, but a lot of that had to do with health.

On a team with a struggling offense, Weber was Arizona State's best bet to put points on the board.

It would not be a surprise to see him have a fantastic season on his way out.

3. Justin Kahut: Kahut missed five field goals last season and is considered to be one of the better kickers in the country from long distance.

The Beavers are a dangerous team offensively and it helps that Kahut is nearly automatic from 40 yards out.

4. Erik Folk: Folk wasn't asked to attempt a field goal more than 48 yards last season, which definitely is not a bad thing.

His kickoffs need a bit of work, but he still is still accurate from 40 yards and in.

5. Nate Whitaker: Stanford is happy with the performance of the first year kicker.

With the absence of Toby Gerhart, Whitaker will likely have a bigger role and it will be interesting to see how he adjusts.

6. Alex Zendejas: Zendejas gets a tough break from fans, but he actually hit some clutch kicks last season.

If Zendejas had the right mindset he would like be one of the better kickers in the country and next year could be the year to make a name for himself.

7. Giorgio Tavecchio: Cal's favorite going into the season, it will be interesting to see if he can hold his job.

Last season, he hit 8 of 12 field goals, which is likely enough to do so.

8. Nico Grasu: Grasu missed a god portion of last season and we like him a bit more than most.

Once healthy, he could surprise people and should be a main source of points for the Cougars.

9. Joe Houston: Kicker will not be one of USC's stronger positions next season.

Houston has an edge right now, but it is possible he will not be the starter by the middle of the season.

10. Rob Beard: Beard is suspended and while he is, Alejandro Maldonado is trying to take his starting spot.
