Only two days after being named to the pre-season Sun Belt First Team, Martavious Adams playing for the Red Wolves became in question when he didn't dress out for Saturday's Exhibition Game.

Veteran Red Wolf Head Coach John Brady released a statement in regards to the situation Monday evening.

"Throughout my coaching career I have always had a great deal of support for my players. I have always tried to guide, council, disciple and hopefully improve their decision making process as it relates to their membership on the team," Brady said in a prepared press release. "When this process has been exhausted and the proper behavior has not been reached, then membership on the team can no longer be allowed. This is the case with Martavius Adams. Our present team will accept the challenge of playing without him and to a man, we believe success will continue to take place."

Coach Brady will have no further comment concerning this situation.
