It appears that Arkansas State is getting another transfer, this time an offensive lineman from Kansas.

AStateNation.com just confirmed with Arkansas native Travis Bodenstein that he is indeed enrolling in classes in Jonesboro this week.

"Yes sir I'm transferring to Arkansas State," Bodenstein said. "I'm excited to come back home."

Bodenstein, a 6-foot-5, 315-pound lineman, played one year at Kansas, he will have to sit out a year due the NCAA transfer rule. He will have three years to play at ASU.

Bodenstein is very familiar with ASU's new offensive line coach J. B. Grimes. Grimes coached him this past season at Kansas.

"He is a great coach and even a better person," Bodenstein said. "I look forward to playing for him at Arkansas State University."
