Looking at Sun Belt Week 2

A capsule view of all of this week's Sun Belt games. Four teams are on the road and none are more than 14 point underdogs in Las Vegas.

WKU at Tennessee. The ‘Toppers started the season by beating in-state SEC member Kentucky. Tennessee Is 1-0 after beating Austin Peay. The TV talking heads may not notice but this is a big game for both programs. WKU needs this game to be a serious BCS buster contender. Tennessee needs this game to end their run of being a team that stumbles into November needing a solid run to make a bowl. Mark Schlabach picks WKU as his upset special of the week. Available on the SEC Network.

Chattanooga at Georgia State. Huge game for the Panthers. If they don't beat the Mocs they can be staring at a very real chance of going 0-12. The Mocs lost to UT-Martin last week. Game available on ESPN3.

South Alabama at Tulane. The Jags lost last week to FCS Southern Utah while Tulane beat FCS Southern. Tulane is only a 6 point favorite and that looks about right. No TV.

Louisiana at Kansas State. Wow what a week to catch K-State, right after they lose to FCS North Dakota State. Louisiana losing at Arkansas is surprising but most had to be surprised that Louisiana didn't make it a closer game. Kansas State is favored by 10. Available on Fox Sports 1.

Grambling at ULM. Grambling lost to Alabama A&M. ULM looking to get back on track after the disaster at Norman and have the right opponent to do it. Game available on ESPN3.

Prairie View A&M at Texas State. The Bobcats home opener after winning at USM. Looks like an easy win for Texas State. Game available on ESPN3. Savannah State at Troy. Last week Troy had to rally to beat UAB. Doubt they get any challenge this week. Game available on EPN3.

Arkansas State at Auburn. Red Wolves bring a 10 game winning streak to Auburn where Gus Malzahn tries to revive the program. Current line has Auburn favored by 13. Available on Fox Sports South, Fox Florida, Fox SW Plus. Outside of SEC states available on ESPN3.
