It's about time for Kansas City (MO) Rockhurst offensive lineman Zach Hannon to let the college football world where he is headed.
Hannon (6-5, 300) said Friday that he expects to announce his decision in the very near future.
"I am getting real close," Hannon said. "I think in the next week or two weeks I will be ready to announce where I am going."
Hannon has worked his way through 12 offers and has it down to two co-finalists.
"I have narrowed it down to Arkansas and Nebraska," Hannon said. "Those are two great schools and there is really no bad choice."
Hannon and Lee's Summit (MO) defensive Jamone Boyd (6-4, 235) – his close friend and another Arkansas target set to decide this summer – are set to attend the Razorbacks' Elite Camp on July 21.
"Both Jamone and I are looking forward to getting back up to Arkansas because we really love the coaches and the campus and everything about Arkansas," Hannon said. "I am coming down to the camp, but just to watch and not participate.
"We have a couple of other teammates that are coming down to the camp that are going to participate," Hannon added. "We are excited about getting there."
