Tyler Wilson completed 15 of 18 passes during Arkansas' team session Wednesday morning.
Wilson dazzled scouts from eight different NFL teams by completing his first 14 passes, including five to receiver Cobi Hammilton.
The work came against a short-handed defense. Linebackers Tenarius Wright and Alonzo Highsmith, cornerback Tevin Mitchel, safety Eric Bennett and defensive tackle Byran Jones were withheld from the live tackling drills, as was running back Knile Davis on offense.
Defensive coordinator Paul Haynes said on Tuesday he didn't want to rush Wright (concussion), Highsmith (hamstring) and Bennett (hamstring) back too soon from recent injuries. All three went through practice on Tuesday.
Jones suffered an apparent hand injury earlier this week, while Mitchel's absence was unknown. Redshirt freshman Davyon McKinney worked with the first-team defense at cornerback.
The Razorbacks will practice again Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m. in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. It will be the final two-a-day practice this preseason.
