Arkansas is hosting a plethora of official and unofficial visitors this weekend, including one of the best football players in Oklahoma.

Edmond Santa Fe safety/linebacker Calvin Bundage (6-3, 200) plans to watch the Razorbacks host Texas Tech Saturday night at 6 p.m. in Fayetteville.

Bundage, who has 22 offers and is up for the Butkas Award for the nation's top high school linebacker, will be on an unofficial visit to see the Razorbacks.

"I just want to get over there and check everything out for a game," Bundage said. "I came over for the Red-White game, but I want to see the atmostphere for a real game."

Bundage knows of at least one official visit - Oregon on Oct. 9-11 - and also is very interested in Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Michigan, Arizona and Arizona State.

"I don't really have a top five or anything like that,"  Bundage said. "I am just getting around to see different places. I don't think I willmake my decision until Feburary."

It's not a given that he will stay in-state.

"I wouldn't mind playing in the Big 12, but I kind of want to get out of state. too."

Bundage has lost 50 pounds since he was a sophomore and really worked hard to firm up his body.

"My brother was playing at Arizona and he really motivated me," Bundage said. "I knew I needed to get it going and I put in a lot of work to get to where I am now."

Bundage had 81 tackles last season.
